Early Check-In
Check-in is available from 3 p.m.; if you arrive earlier, you can access your room if it is ready or leave your luggage in storage until availability.
Late Check-Out
Upon request, check-out can be extended beyond the standard time of 11:00 a.m. with a surcharge: 50% of the room rate until 4:00 p.m. and 100% after 4:00 p.m. Alternatively, you can leave your luggage in storage and enjoy the services of the Relais: bar, swimming pool, winery visits or a day of shopping at the Serravalle Designer Outlet.

Your little friends are welcome with an extra charge of 20 euros per night. Please inform the property when booking. Any extra cleaning or damages will be subject to additional charges.
